Avantajele membrilor SRMI:

- Abonament inclus la Revista Româna de Medicină Internă ( 4 numere / an )
- Taxe preferenţiale la manifestările ştiinţifice organizate de Societate.
- 10 Credite Educaţie Medicală Continuă
- Calitatea de membru al Federaţiei Europene de Medicină Internă
- Dacă ai sub 35 de ani poţi deveni membru al Grupului Tinerilor Internişti ai SRMI, având posibilitatea de a participa la Şcoala Europeana de Medicină Internă, organizată anual de EFIM.

Taxa de membru al SRMI se plăteşte anual în contul societăţii şi este de:

- 250 RON pentru medici specialişti şi primari
- 120 RON pentru medici rezidenţi si pensionari
